Planning a reunion can be tough enough without having to take on all the mundane tasks associated with reunion planning, tasks that can take a considerable amount of time and effort. Most reunion planning committees would rather spend their time finding the right venue and inviting Alumni to the event, rather than setting-up online payment systems, building a website, creating name badges, creating online surveys, creating a social media site, finding and negotiating professional services like a DJ and Photographer, and negotiating deals for sleeping rooms for out-of-town guests.

Knowing how to throw a great reunion is what we do! Reunion Coordinator will offer all the following services for your committee to make the planning fun and easy:

• Properly create and maintain a class Facebook Page for the event with a customized design and all the supporting links to the class website and surveys, and build photo albums to allow classmates to upload photos from past reunions or other photos from your high school days (See example here)
  
• Create and maintain a customized reunion Website with all the event details, links to discount hotel reservations at or near the event, a "Contact Us" page for Alumni to communicate with the reunion planning committee, create a page to allow Alumni to request music and upload photos to be shown at the reunion, and so much more (See example here)
• Offer a list of Preferred Local Venues who we have made arrangements with to provide our planning committees "exclusive" special discount rates or other concessions.  This can mean up to thousands of dollars in savings for our committee partners (See example page) 
  
• Create and maintain an Online Registration secure website to allow classmates the ability to register online using any major credit card or checking account. You set the price, and the registration fees will be sent to committee members at regular intervals to help cover any deposits required by the venue or other professional services offered at the event. • Offer a Checklist of things that must be done before, during, and after the reunion. This checklist was built with the knowledge and experience only someone who has planned hundreds of reunions can provide.  (See example here)
• Create and maintain Online Surveys the committee members can use to gather valuable Alumni input on when and where to hold the reunion, and most importantly, determine a target ticket price that everyone can afford. One of the biggest reasons for low turnout at a reunion is the committee members didn't involve the Alumni in the decision-making process. (See example here)
• Create and maintain our Name Badge Creator application to allow committee members the ability to put paper in their printers and print out professionally looking name badges for their guest the day of the reunion. Name Badges are an absolute MUST for any successful reunion. (See example here)
• Create and Maintain a Discount Hotel website with pre-negotiated rates for alumni at or near the event for out-of-town guests attending the reunion. The rates offered to alumni will be the guaranteed lowest available rates to help offset the cost of their travel to this special event. (See example here)
• Recommend local DJ's and Photographers that offer their services to our reunion committees for less than their normal retail rate. Using our preferred vendors can save committees hundreds of dollars in expenses related to planning the perfect reunion celebration. (See example here)

All these services are ABSOLUTELY FREE to the committee members, ReunionCoordinator.com simply adds a one-time $3.95 fee on the ticket price paid by the Attendees directly to cover the costs of these valuable services. Our services will save committee members countless hours of unnecessary work and hundreds of dollars in savings using our connections in the industry.
