Below is just a partial list of some of the more important functions of a reunion; as well as, what we do and what we ask your committee members to do. Attempting to do everything on this list yourselves can be overwhelming; especially for committee members with full-time jobs or children at home. Reunion Coordinator takes the tedious work off your plate, allowing committee members to concentrate on the enjoyable aspects of reunion planning. Below is a list of what Reunion Coordinator can do for you (the hard stuff) - and what you can expect to do (the fun stuff).

Offer attendees discounted pricing on hotels near your selected venue
Offer financial assistance to your committee, by paying the necessary deposits
Properly build/maintain a class reunion Facebook Community page
Properly build/maintain a class reunion Facebook Group & Event page
Create and post custom forms on reunion Facebook group page (i.e. - recruiting committee members, etc.)
Create custom surveys to be posted on reunion Facebook group page asking Alumni for input on location, dates, pricing, etc.
Venue contract review and signing
Build and maintain your custom online registration, accepting all major credit/debit cards
Assist you in creating name badges for your attendees
Upload reunion photos on Facebook group page after the event to share with everyone
Assist classmates that want to add a guest, change guest name, cancel, refunds, etc.
Keep all registered Alumni informed (via email) regarding the event details, announcements, or any changes or additions to the event.
What you do
